Connecting bubba to 2 networks (some questions about it).

Hi, for start I had to tell I really don't know anything about linux, but willing to learn :p
So, I'm planning to buy some mini server, and so far this bubba|two seems best, but I have some questions:
Plan is to have 1Gbps home network (192.168.x.x) that computers are connected with nortel switch and then second NIC that's connected directly to adsl (Dynamic IP's). (all computers have 2 nics)
I have never done any network config with linux, so no idea how easy/hard it would be, tho I have done it some times with w2k/NT4 and that was easy enought for me
So file shares would be open only to home network and SSH open for both. etc.
