I have the same problem, in ways.
I can send mails with an email client (Thunderbird). For outgoing mail I've configured my external email provider“s SMTP server in the mail client.
The same configuration is done in B3 (I guess the outgoing email server settings in B3 are used for the webmail), but I can't send mail via webmail...
Well, it appears as though the mails are sent, and they're even copied to the Sent folder, but the mails aren't delivered, which is really bad!
Any ideas?

your problems are quite different actually
Krudtugle: please make a new thread
dekaleict: yes it's possible, but check first if there is no firewall blocking SMTP connection between your position and your home. THen have a look at smtp-auth
