Broken Powersupply

Hi,
my powersupply for the bubba-server broke today. There was a FZZZT-sound, and when looking for its source i noticed that it was indeed the PSU.
If i shake it i can hear something bouncing around in there, not sure if that was there before. But if i measure poweroutput i only get 0.2 volts.
Could have been a powersurge or something in the grid, but no lightbulbs or computers were affected/broke.
The model of the psu is "Nordic Power, model 9935", have you seen this behaviour before? Is the only remedy to buy a new one, or could this fall under warranty?
