Hello,

Well I have been trying to put mldonkey on my Bubba2 and am just about there!

I am getting a lowID, and the port tests are failing. I know that I have opened the ports on my router as I have been using mldonkey on my desktop for sometime. I assume that I have to open ports on the Bubba??????

I am not using the Bubba as a router, only as a lan server.

a couple of questions;
1) is the bubba running a software firewall that i need to forward through?
2) I have tried forwarding ports through the network page (192.168.0.10/admin/metwork/fw) but am unsure if I have done this correctly. Lets say I want port 20101 forwarded - I have forwarded 20101 both in public and private port and then have provided the ip of my Bubba (192.168.0.10) in the private ip box. Is this correct??????

If you have connected Bubba|Two in the LAN port only, you should not have to do anything at all on Bubba, all ports are open on the LAN interface.

So you should not have any portforwards active.
