Remote Calendar using Horde and mozilla Lightning

Hello,
Does anyone has an idea what is needed for remote calendar with Horde and mozilla Lightning??
I know one can make a network calendar withing Lightning but what is the location of the Horde ICS file if it works this way??
Do you have to install other software to get it working??
