Copy files from Bubba Two to local disk

Seems like the bubba two has performance problem or some NIC problem, after upploading an iso file, its just impossibel to copy it back to local disk
Can you give us a bit more detail on this?
Do you upload a file from your local computer?
Using which mehtod? (windows share/Bubba filemanger/Bubba dowload ...)
How are you accessing the file when trying to download it again? (methods like above)
