A quiet SATA disk for Bubba|TWO=

Hi,
Looking for a 1 TB disk in my future Bubba|TWO server. Which is the most quiet SATA disk, for using in Bubba2?

We are shipping with the Western Digital Green Power disks (500 GB and 1 TB), they are the best we have seen so far, both in power consumption, heat and noise.

Will there be any problems having two WD GP disks in a RAID1 considering the variable rotation speed - the one waiting for the other to spin up or something like that?

It is a common misunderstanding that the WD GP have variable rotation speed... Each model will actually have just one specific rate, and the variations specified is between the models in the GP-series.
