Traffic - Schedule restricted speed

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to schedule a rule for Traffic (with cron, maybe) where I can restrict the speed for BT at weekends at a given time?
Ex.
Restricted speed Sat - Sun @ 08:00 - 23:59
Any other time no restrictions

Optimal would be to if there was some kind of trafficshaping, that could sense if there was any traffic (other than BT) If there was other traffic than BT it would prioritize the "other" traffic. if there wasn't any other traffic, go ahead take all the bandwidth you like! :mrgreen:

Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated

I think I should have asked:
How does the Traffic module work?
Is it IPtables or some other software?
