I just wanted to say thank you for creating the Bubba, and I hope everyone associated with Excito is able to move on to new and exciting projects. I'm sorry that Excito wasn't able to continue as a going concern, I've had nothing but good experiences with your products.

+1 to this. Does this rely on Debian releasing a patch? I'm guessing it possibly does. I haven't seen any confirmation that Debian has a patch as yet...

Thanks all for your replies. I'll try the cron job route first and see how I go.
It does seem strange to me that the connections are so fragile, but it generally doesn't hurt to restart every now and again.

B3, Logitech SqueezeServer
Am having a very annoying problem with my Squeezeboxes occasionally dropping their connection to the B3. Happens to all of them simultaneously (I have three dotted about the house) so the server is definitely the item at fault. In the daemon log I see the following:
