Hi Albert,
We have "minimized" the alternatives to make the backup function easier to manage. Therefor you are not able to set your backup to run as you describe. But it is of course possible to edit the config file to make it run as you like.
Do like this:
1. Create a backupjob: run every day ...

The "house" parameter should be a letter when using the codeswitch protocol.

Willem2, it's for B3 only. The 'bubbatwo' file structure is a legacy from older source code. Same with LED blink, not supported on B3.

B3 buzzer + change front LED color
If you think your B3 is to quiet you could always try using the internal buzzer.. Or why not change the front LED to red now when it's getting closer to Christmas..

Here is the RT/TX connections for the B2 (all revisions). Use the guide from the thread you refer to.
The DSUB pads can't be used as the necessary components aren't mounted. Hope this will get you started!

Regarding other languages than English or German..
We have designed it so that it is possible to add more languages quite easy (if you know your Linux). Maybe we will see B3 users adding there own language files soon..?

Yep, in the next release there will be options to set the language (coming within one or two weeks). Only English and German for now.
