Apt-cacher-ng is working well for me as a .deb cacher in support of my distro hopping. The default configuration worked well except that I had to change the default cache folder moved from / to /home. I rescind my feature request.

Re: B2 wifi performance
My B2 is up to date (v2.4.1). I am not sure why my rig seems to default to G (65Mb/s)when my B2 is serving a g+n WLAN and to 150 Mb/s when my belkin n600 does the same. My laptop wifi card only supports single band n wifi since was is a 2 year old economy model. IIn the end I suspect that my client ...

B2 wifi performance
My wifi performace on my B2 is limited to 65Mbs and max/typical throughput of 4MBs on my wpa2 n-band 2.5Mhz network. My $60 Belkin wireless router is more than twice as fast with similar channels and bandwidths. As best I can tell my comparison is apples to apples.

apt-mirror or similar caching of .deb's
I am quire a distro hoper and like to fiddle with debian-live to cook up my own live CDs and would like to run something like apt-mirror, squid or apt-cache on my B2 to save some bandwindth for the good folks at debian. This sort of caching would be a feature in my opinion. Given the limited B2 ...

Re: B2 blink code list
The blink code does not quite match the "failure to recognize hard drive". 10 periods of the long short flashes too 37 seconds...much less than 52 second (10 *(3+1+1+.2)).
I will pull the drive. The drive is original. After I put in an enclosure how should I test flag and format it?
