I tested with an smal SSD that i had laying around, installed without any problem, been running stable for over a week now. I notice that the B3 is running much cooler with SSD as expected, just over room temperature, so that's good.

My original 2TB WD Green HDD just died in my B3 after continuous service since 2011, so that's impressive.

I use my B3 with original OS, and only for backups over WFS, it's very few read/writes a year. it's mostly idling.

Thinking of installing an SSD. Is it something i should think about if ...

I forgot to mention that the problem for me is both for WiFi and cable connected computers, so it is NOT the WiFi that is the problem for me.
The computer i sitting on, and have done all the testing from is a cable connected one, but my other user on my B3 sitting on WiFi and have the same problem ...

Since i updated my B3 to 2.4 i have got an unstable internet connection.
Every now and then i notice that my internet speed is slow, and then i use bredbandskollen.se to check and i got an speed from 0.1 to 1 Mbit/s (i have 24Mbit/s)
What i do then is to go to Network > WAN and change from DHCP to ...

O/T: I've started to consider this as my kids are getting older and I find OpenDNS does a fine job. They're not savvy enough (or even do they want to ATM) to circumvent it by using IP addresses at the moment but maybe in 10 years time I might need to rethink this approach.

If possible it would be nice to be able to block out torrent traffic from certain clients and not just block access to certain torrent trackers web-pages.

Also i would like to be able to block out access to \\bubba\storage for certain users so they just can use the internet connection.

Blocking traffic to a specific web page sounds more like a task suitable for a proxy. It would be very nice though to have proxy stuff built in to the gui configuration...
