It is possible. I use my Bubba 2 with Time Machine from two different Snow Leopard Macs. I followed the instructions at http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20090905212640957. I was not able to download the "simple method", but I followed the "manual method" to the letter, and it worked ...
