How are you copying the files? Using scp?

Thanks alot! I feel a lot more reassured now. Just two more questions;

1. When you say that it is important to have a strong username/password to you mean for the mailaccount or for the bubba. Excito set up an admin-user for me and I don't know how to change that username.

Do you use Windows or Linux?
If you use Linux, you could do this with SSHFS, a utility that mounts folders through SSH, and then index the folder with Rhythmbox, for example.
I've used this many times for different things, and it works great (most of the time).
