regarding the route and resolve info - I wasn't sure if you wanted the bubba or pc data so here are both...

Sorry posted the ifconfig output from the bubba last time... here is the output from my laptop.

On the lan page of the bubba 192.168.10.65 is shown as the only dhcp lease at the moment.

I tried your other config - now deleted suggestion. It didn't seem to help.

I have forced the lan ip address to 192.168.10.10 the behaviour seems the same. Still no external web. Now I can see the router home page again

Hmm - I am also using a cable modem... and there is no reply to your last post from last week. That is a bit of a worry.

I also sent the same info to the support mail. Did you try that?

Is there a work around for this issue that you have found yet?

I setup my new bubba two in scenario 4.

I can connect to the http://bubba/admin to update settings etc however I am unable to get to external sites.
