It is described in the bubba manual:

In order to get shell access to your Bubba|Two, use a SSH client (i.e. PuTTY for Windows). For security reasons, neither admin nor root have direct SSH access. Log on using your normal user name and password, and use su to get root access.

Re: Warning - iTunes 10.0
Yes, you seem to be correct and since Firefly has been dead, from a development point of view, it's unlikely that it will be fixed.

Re: Torrentclient
To nerkes question, why to compile it from sources:
As you noticed yourself, you get a lot of dependencies to stuff that you really can't use or need.
The GTK libraries, for instance, are used for the Transmission GUI and that can't be used on the Bubba.

Re: Torrentclient
Ahh sorry, I missread your question somewhat...
I'm on a Bubba Two.
I haven't used the built-in torrent client that much, so I don't know if it's better or worse than on Bubba One.
However, using the software I mentioned in my previous post should be possible on Bubba One too...

Re: Torrentclient
I use TorrentFlux-b4rt. http://tf-b4rt.berlios.de/ .
It's fairly easy to setup, if memory serves me.
Depending on which torrent client you want to use, TorrnentFlux-b4rt supports a number of different ones, you might have to install additional packages.

Re: How do you turn off Horde?
You can simple remove the Horde related stuff from cron. You'll find it in "/etc/cron.d/bubba-horde".
Note that this will prevent certain things from working as it should, but if you don't use Horde, it should be fairly safe.

Depending on how many files you got, it might actually be right.
If I remember correctly, the last time Mediatomb updated my database it took more than 24 hours.

Re: Replacing horde
I have SquirrelMail and RoundCube installed.
I mostly use SquirrelMail since it's lightweight and fairly fast. RoundCube has more modern user interface but is a bit on the heavy side.
As far as I can remember, the installation was simple and straight forward.

I bought myself a Squeezebox radio yesterday and discovered the same thing.
Take a look at the last page of this post http://forum.excito.net/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1826 .
That will give you some help.

Re: Easyfind
I don't have any good answer to your problem regarding the webserver besides the fact that the 2 names points to 2 different IP-addresses. The second one, scholtes.name, is not your Bubba. That is, from what I can tell, one of Excitos servers.

In that case you should add 192.168.10.0/24.
Your line should look something like:

Bubba won't relay emails from external IP-adresses. More on why this is a good thing can be read at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_mail_relay
As root add your LAN IP-range to the "mynetworks" attribute in the /etc/postfix/main.cf file and execute
