Have read all about the eyeos system, got the impression that the PIM (calendar, contact data...) cannot be synced to a handheld device - is this correct?
No, but it can be browsed from a mobile. It claims there is method of syncing, but I have not tried it. Anyway, glad you all liked it ..... It ...

Be interesting to try eyeos on the Bubba 2 (needs php5 for the latest versions).

It would help remote file access and make it quite easy to use for sharing calendars, email access etc.

Hi
Would be useful to have the Fetchmail keep function visible when setting up accounts, so that email can be kept on the server. This is so I can use Bubba as a backup email server, and just keep copies of my emails there...
I know I can hack this, but would be easier if there was just a tick box ...
